Ingredients:
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon crackled black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 clove garlic, pressed
5 tablespoons tarragon vinagar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg lightly beaten
1/2 cup light cream
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in the order given in a jar with a tightly fitting lid. Shake vigorously to blend, and store in refrigerator. Will keep for several weeks.
