In 2002 Neila gathered some of the Christiansen classic recipes into “The Christiansen Family Cookbook Volume 1”.  The recipes derive from such classics as “The Brookside Cookbook” and the kitchens of Peggy Mah, Grampa Christiansen and many more.

For the 10 year anniversary we’ve brought the same recipes online for present day viewing on ipads etc.  We’ll aslo be able to easily add in all the recipes that didn’t make it into Vol 1. and continue to build upon into the future.

The name MarinSierra combines the two main regions these recipes have been enjoyed over countless dinner parties with family and friends.
